Youth Groups

Young Peoples is just one of the activities for our High School youth at Trinity. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Sunday after the evening service. We start with a meal together and then have some fun games followed by worship time. We spend some time studying the Bible and applying it to our lives in ways that are practical for today's youth. Throughout the year we have service projects and other fun outings. Mission trips and youth conventions are a highlight of our youth year.

High School Ministries

At Trinity CRC we invest in our youth in three basic ways; Catechism, Young Peoples and Sunday School.  We are also a member of Reformed Youth Services (RYS)

Catechism

Today our youth is facing a world that doesn't acknowledge that there is an absolute truth to live by. At Trinity we want our youth to be ready to face the world in the work place or in college knowing what the Bible says is the absolute truth. In Catechism classes we study the truths that have been passed on to us for hundreds of years and accurately defend the truths of the Bible. We teach our youth to be able to apply that truth to their lives now and into the future.

Young Peoples

Our youth are vibrant and full of life and need a place to go to be with friends, have fun together and discuss topics that face their daily lives from a biblical perspective. We eat together, have fun together and worship together. Throughout the year we have service projects and other fun outings. Mission trips, retreats and youth conventions are a highlight of our youth year.

High School Sunday School

You're never too old for Sunday School. At the High School level our goal is to teach them how to study the Bible on their own for their personal devotions and for their future in leading or teaching others the scriptures. We go through books of the Bible analyzing the key points and observing the structure of the text to get at the main point of the passage. We want our youth to be able to handle the word of God effectively.
